1. Smile, smile, always SMILE.
2. Repeat aloud every good idea someone drops. The sooner you repeat the better. Show your comprehension.
3. Want to become a boss? Behave like a boss, even with your boss.
4. You know you are smarter than that folks, don’t be so shy about that.
5. When speaking, express yourself. Describe in all details all the great points you came across, what did you do, what happened. Your feelings are also important.
6. Whenever anything of interest occurs — express yourself again. Your loud hearty laugh will cheer your colleagues. Don’t leave them sitting dumb on all that boring stuff.
7. Listen closely when someone speaks, show your respect. (Hint: Keeping your mouth open helps master smart material.)
Now look at your forehead, man …
