People are NOT useless or stupid!

Just stumbled upon this post:
Here is the most impressive part:

Seriously, the general public are idiots!
I have worked in retail stores, bookmakers, at football stadiums, in stores… and in EVERY case, the stupidity of the general public was incredible.”
I understand the disappointment but the judgment looks way too quick and easy for me.
Anyone gets annoyed sometimes by somebody else — that work is not done quite well / on time / anything or service is not the best or they don’t smile enough, etc.
Stop and relax. Take a deep breath. And answer this question: what would you do if you were them?
Actually, wanted to ask you to answer one another question: how do you look yourself at the very moment, but just not sure you have a mirror with you or somewhere nearby.
Find good things/events/people to think about, feel the happiness that there are these great people around you, and smile. And I’m sure you will notice a lot, a lot of smart and nice and helpful people around.
