Organic food for your brains

Cannot get the phrase “organic food” out of my mind for a few days already. We all probably know of organic food, nothing new in this. But I get haunted by thoughts of it in a figurative sense.
Is there a place for analogous concept to express good and healthy mental pabulum? I surely think so. If you try keeping your brain fit, healthy and slim — it apparently needs healthy “food”.
Here are some quick hints on distinguishing between the 2 sorts of food for your thoughts.
